1. All Sales Are Final

Once payment has been submitted, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or credited — in whole or in part. This applies to all purchases, including digital services, software subscriptions, website design, automations, integrations, and consulting packages.

2. No Refunds or Returns

All fees paid to Local Lift Technologies are non-refundable. Our digital services begin immediately upon payment, and clients gain instant access to proprietary tools, templates, and resources. Therefore, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

  • Digital assets, graphics, or creative work
  • Consulting, onboarding, or strategy sessions

3. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a recurring subscription at any time to avoid future billing. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for previous or current billing periods. Your account and access will remain active until the end of the paid cycle.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds will only be reviewed in rare cases of:

  • Duplicate payments caused by a billing error
  • Unauthorized transactions with verified documentation

To request a review, contact us within 7 business days of the charge.

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy. You confirm that you have reviewed all product and service information before purchase, and authorize Local Lift Technologies to process payment for the agreed amount.
